It wouldn’t be Christmas Eve without this Christmas Poem, really makes me feel happy and warm, I hope it does you too!

But first, are you ready for the big day tomorrow ? Have you thought about it ? Some quick tips as we head to the big day, a recipe for increased happiness 🙂

  1.  As we relax and wind down this day we should avoid in over indulgence, whether it be Treats, Food or Alcohol , overindulge today and you won’t be at your best tomorrow, just a little forethought and self-care will make all the difference on your happiness level tomorrow.
  2. Get a good nights sleep, perhaps obvious but the proper amount of sleep promotes happiness
  3. Limit your activities, one of the biggest things I see happen during the holidays is we try to squeeze in too much activity, take it down a notch or a bunch of notches. Being out of energy and burning up all the Christmas spirit on Christmas eve can make you feel way less enthused on Christmas day.
  4. If you’re one of the many people who has a hard time with the Holidays, manage your expectations of yourself and others, get a positive mental image of how Christmas day might go then try to stick to that script. Don’t beat yourself up if things don’t go exactly as planned, relax , do your best to maintain your happiness 🙂

Alright, enough of all that, I certainly wish everybody the best of luck and Happiness tomorrow! To get us all started on the right track here is the Christmas Poem  “Twas the night before Christmas” , I hope you love it as much as I do !
